Just helped me out. one thing.... This scan can take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours depending on the size of your hard drive. It will then say that another program is available for installation/update so I check to see what it is and it is exactly the same program I supposedly just installed. It took me a couple of attempts, but I now have installed SP 1 and SP 2 on my Vista Ultimate system.
