So today I contacted my service pervider and asked them to send me a new gateway, as the modem I have is old, and I thought this is the likely problem. The first thing you need to check if your computer supports one of the hibernation options. It gets stuck on the "loading icon for shutdown" and does not shut down at all and I mean for hours it will be stuck the blue shutdown screen.
