Reply Iski October 25, 2015 at 12:59 pm I had to restore the whole Windows 7 from restore DVD to my Fujitsu laptop and I ran into this problem. If sfc can’t fix it, a second utility called Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) digs even deeper. Download the troubleshooter here, then click Advanced Settings and you’ll find an “Apply repairs Automatically” option. Repeat the above method for all commands.
