- WMP still says the plugin is enabled, but it doesn't work on MSN.
- If you believe Avast would be more effective and it can scan without interfering with Norton 360, I'll give it a try.
- There's nothing in the startup folder and both Malwarebytes AntiMalware and Super Anti-Spyware Free show no infections.

I started up WMP, enabled the plugin.
