Once I delete my address book msn no longer gives me the internal error, I'm able to sign in.However once I restore my address book the internal error comes back... I was running a regular "run" prompt. Over a period of weeks I sucessfully downloaded and installed a number of additional critical and optional updates. It will load to a certain point and then come back to this Error message. If the article is incorrect then our Fix it is as well and we would like to make it so both are correct.
