They assigned me a case number initially after their simple fixes did not work and told me they would call me within 2 weeks, which they did after developing a fix Uninstalling and re-installing the .NET Framework 3.5 does not always work though. So I went on the internet (before I discover this site)and look for solution. Wish I had just done the following… Frustrated, I figured it would be best to just uninstall/reinstall .NET 2.0 SP1 as well.
