only now after installing the applications, there is an error message saying that the dll was not registered and the application will not work properly. If Microsoft can't solve problems on their own OS.. But, I got the same (FAIL) result when attempting an install. If you get a mesage saying there is "...already an installation in progress" open task manager and end the "msiexec" process then try again. Reinstall Windows Installer Good Luck.
